I haven't stayed and can't find another way to contact you about this.It is very good to see the Union Flag flying bravely and seen by many in the carparkBut....You are flying it upside down - people are commenting. It is annoying to those who know. The rule is - 'When at the Post, the broad white band is uppermost.'If you run the halyard all the way through, it will end up the right way. Many thanks in advance for putting it right

When we stayed here for four nights, Jenny and Keith flew the flag, quite literally, for our anniversary. The room was small, but crammed with many extras that make a stay special - fresh milk and bottles of water in the fridge, tap water, biscuits and lots of varieties of tea and coffee. The bathroom also had plentiful supplies. We found the beds very comfortable and slept well. This is a small, 2 bedroom B&B, so the personal attention of Jenny is guaranteed. Her delicious breakfast was cooked to perfection and there was a good choice of food. The location is ideal, being on a quiet residential street. A gate in the back garden leads to the village car park and the shops/restaurants/pubs are just on the other side of it.If you are looking for a small, central B&B with easy parking I would certainly recommend Rosedale

What can I say about Rosedale Bed and Breakfast. It's a place that will miss you. The kindness and care you will get from the owners is something you will not forget. If you are looking for a place where to stay while exploring the beautiful New Forest, this is the place.

Very friendly owner who couldn't have done more for us during our short stay (2 nights).Room was clean/warm and we had everything we needed, great cooked breakfasts too! Property is a short walk into town, literally through the garden and across a car park. Lots of places to eat/drink and cash point in the Coop. Only has two bedrooms so if you are on the larger side ask for the room with the bath as the shower was very small.

Lovely friendly B & B, very accessible from the centre of Lyndhurst, yet quiet in its location. Everything we could possibly want was in the room. Perhaps slightly more space to lay things on could have been provided, but we understand there's a refurb on the cards and this will be addressed. A great find!

We stayed overnight at Rosedale as part of a weekend trip to the New Forest and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were lovely and cozy, our beds in particular were very comfortable and the house is very conveniently located for visiting the village centre. We would be very happy to recommend Rosedale!
