As per previous visits the service I was received from the team at this store and especially the manager was impeccable. He took time to sort the issues I was having with both pairs of glasses and left me feeling I could return at any time if I was not happy. I highly recommend Boots Opticians, New Milton store.

What a fantastic first time experience with boots opticians new Milton . My glasses are excellent quality and the staff were so friendly and professional. Professional, friendly and straightforward procedureAlice, Roney and Shelley all were very friendly and professional throughout my time in Boots Opticians - was pleased to get good report on my eye sight. They were all very professional and Roney was so helpful in helping me choose the best glasses that suited me. Alice was very efficient and professional and I felt completely at ease, Shelley was also very professional and once again made me feel confident in the procedure.

I am not one for being easily impressed BUT Alice at Boots OPTICIANS in New Milton was so so good. Very straight to the point ,very professional and knew exactly what she was doing. Best experience I've had at an Opticians. Also a mention to Ann who made me feel relaxed. ?
