I can't go into this shop without buying something. Excellent selection of women's clothing. Excellent restaurant at good prices, staff very friendly and knowledgeable.

Bradbeers us a lovely store with very helpful staff. I went for lunch in their cafe and I mentuoned to the waitress that I have some food restrictions. The waitress went to ask what gluten and dairy free choices they have. The chef came out to speak to me, that was so helpful! After a brief chat a tasty meal presented that I knew I could eat.

My daughter and myself visited the store today,and,as usual,the staff were welcoming and courteous. However,they,and us,were so cold- with some staff wearing coats and scarves! No way was I, or anyone else going to strip off to try out your clothing-I?m sure that your staff and loyal customers are worth more than this rather shoddy treatment! Am sending this with great optimism !

I love Bradbeers, it's a great department store of which few are left! The restaurant food is amazing and great value. A terrific range of clothing and the staff are extremely helpful.

I like the variety of departments, it's really convenient, but floors, windows etc are often grubby which let's it down
