This is my favourite cafe nearby but what really set it apart from all others was the Nutella hot chocolate. I found out this weekend that they stopped doing Nutella hot chocolate and it broke my heart. Still my favourite café, but I am absolutely begging you - please please please bring back the Nutella hot chocolate! ??

I visited with my dog yesterday, great service from the young lady with long dark hair (Lily I think) super friendly and very efficient, and she made a fuss of my pooch, will definitely be going back ?

I have been a customer of this place for the last 3 years or so and probably popped in every day recently to grab a coffee and something to eat, either on my own or with friends/family or with my little pooch who always gets spoiled in there by the staff. The coffee Kathy makes is the best I?ve ever had, the choices on the menu is great and the food has always been well above my expectations. Kathy and the staff are so nice, friendly and helpful, always chatty and with a smile on their face regardless of how busy they are.Everyone I suggested this place to, have enjoyed it as much as I have so far and I?m sure I will continue to.This place is a total unique gem in New Milton where there not too place where you can enjoy a great coffee and food

We regularly go to the Naked Quench, our daughter insists on it! We had her 6 year old birthday party at Naked Quench. The food was amazing, pizzas, sandwiches, wedges, etc. Nothing was too much trouble for Cathy and her team. Thank you for making it such a special occasion.

I ordered the Re-fried Bean Tacos and didn?t expect it to be one singular taco with a small side salad of lettuce and tomato. As i went up to pay for it (£9.95) i explained this to the cashier and she seemed unbothered, i asked if maybe the menu item should state ?Re-fried Bean Taco? as to not be misleading, she just shrugged and said ?yeah?.The waitresses were friendly apart from that, i just think the menu is over priced for the amount you get. I don?t want to sound ungrateful, but i must also mention that the Taco i received was barely lukewarm.Edit: The Quench has kindly rectified this, the taco was not in fact a full portion and this was the result of miscommunication between the new team members. I have been offered a free meal to compensate for this and as a result i am giving their service 5stars.

Be warned, despite the fact that there?s a sign on the door saying ?dogs welcome? they aren?t really and management will let you know that when you go in.

Now I have discovered this place I won?t go anywhere else! I have had such a positive experience.1. The staff are sensational ! They are so friendly, genuinely interested in what they sell and are so good at interacting with customers.2. The products are carefully curated and varied. Especially the interesting soaps and reusable reproduces !3. The whole process is very easy to purchase things and it is quite fun buying things !!4. Great value for money - considering that this place could never be as cheap as somewhere like Tesco?s the owners are clearly trying to make being environmentally friendly more affordable. It is so amazing to find a place like this in such a rural area.

Review: The Naked Quench CafeA fantastic cafe serving a selection of locally sourced produce within their menu. The cafe itself is a quirky establishment which is true to the zero waste ethos it prides itself on. The Walls are adorned with a myriad of random prints and movie posters as well as local artwork, each table and chair is mismatched and everything is sourced from the local Community. There is WiFi available as well as a small selection of books for customer use. Even the salt and pepper sets are an interesting touch with every table sporting a different quirky set! Wherever you sit there is always something eye-catching to notice and talk about which is a great way to encourage conversation! The food is reasonably priced and good quality and compared to other establishments in the area it?s great value for money. The bacon was cooked to perfection and the sausages flavoursome.I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly, I was shocked to see how other reviews described the staff here as it certainly wasn?t my experience. I wanted a milkshake but couldn?t decide which flavour ice cream I wanted to try (they all sounded delicious) the lady recommend trying the ginger ? a bold choice but surprisingly refreshing - and she was right! The staff were very knowledgeable about their products and keen to discuss their campaign against waste and single use plastics, I can understand how this may have come across as patronising to some but they are obviously very proud of their business (and rightly so) and keen to educate the local community about how to be more environmentally friendly and sustainable. The shop next door (The Naked Pantry) offers a wide variety of kitchen essentials, baking ingredients and cleaning products at 0 waste so don?t forget to take your refillable containers. (I believe they do provide some if required)If you are in the area particularly if on holiday or camping nearby it is well worth a visit!
