Courtney at Locksheath is amazing. I went into branch with a prepared US road trip itinerary and told her my budget. She tweaked a few hotels to get within budget but made sure they were the same standard and close to those I had found. She communicated well and made a few changes I requested closer to the date with ease. Holiday was amazing! ?
