We used Taylor and Wallis for my mum's funeral 4 years ago, and they were excellent. We therefore used them again for my dad's funeral recently and they were outstanding. Everything went perfectly and all the arrangements were taken care of. They made the entire process very smooth and took away any worries we might have had. Val and Clare, in the office, are really helpful and respectful and the attendants at the funeral were also excellent. They made saying goodbye to our beloved parents a lot easier and stress free. I would highly recommend using them.

Taylor and Wallis provided a high quality and personable service. The communication (in person and via email/phone) was clear and supportive which made the process easy and stress-free. The service itself was very well-organised and was precisely what we requested. I'd highly recommend Taylor and Wallis.

Must praise Taylor & Wallis for the way in which they looked after dad's funeral. From first contact with Claire and throughout they all showed such great care and compassion and made a daunting prospect so much easier for us all.The service itself was wonderful and was the perfect celebration of dad's life. Mick and Dawn were fantastic on the day and managed dad's send off with much grace and professionalism.

We have used T&W now for various family funerals and I can highly recommend. Staff all very professional and considerate.For my Mother's funeral the Hearse was driven to the Crematorium via Portsdown hill, which was her favourite viewpoint...Thanks.

Amazing Support and Service?On behalf of my family and my dear Dad Jim, I would like to say thank you so very much for your wonderful support and helpfulness throughout the whole funeral journey that we have been on with you.From start to finish I have been so impressed with you all. With the initial visit from Ian, his kind words and helpful explanations to guide us. Your being there for my Mum and I to arrange all that was needed to make it a wonderful service and to give Dad the fantastic ?send off? that he deserved. Your knowledge and professionalism made it so easy for us to navigate the choices we needed to make, and ensured everything went perfectly on the day.And calming our nerves from the moment he arrived at our doorstep on the day, bless Ian (and his team) in guiding us at the service, through to his taking us to the wake - he was so kind, supportive, and helpful.I have gained a profound respect for the work that you all do to help others such as ourselves at our times of grief and need. And for the record we had lots of positive comments from our family and friends on the day saying what a wonderful service and celebration of Dad it was.Thank you all again so very much.

Taylor and Wallis were absolutely brilliant. From initial phone call right through to the funeral they were helpful, thoughtful and were able to share their experience to help us navigate the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble for them. As a family we cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and compassion. Making a very difficult time just that little bit easier. We would highly recommend them.

We can not rate Taylor and Wallis highly enough, excellent service from all of the team. Nothing was too much, everything was dealt with very professionally and sensitively. Very caring and easy to talk to in what was a very sad, emotional time for our family. If I could give 6 stars I would!

I wholeheartedly recommend Taylor & Wallis to anyone that has recently lost a loved one to help manage and plan their funeral. Right from the start the team (especially Val) were so supportive and helped to guide me through the process. They made one of the hardest times so much easier. They opened at a weekend to enable me to see my loved one in the chapel of rest and the whole team on the day of the funeral were so lovely. I cannot fault them in anyway and recommend them 100%. Many many thanks for everything.

Taylor and Wallis put us at ease as soon as we walked through their door to discuss my step dads funeral. Very kind and professional. But also tried to lift our spirits a little bit at such a trying time for all our family. I would recommend them highly.
