Absolutely brilliant!! Real craftsmanship and professional approach to my bathroom re-design. I was kept informed throughout; everyone was reliable, courteous and friendly. My grotty old avocado bathroom is now transformed into a clean, warm and modern space in just over 3 weeks. Working in tandem with QBuild who did the installation, the work ran smoothly and the quality of fixtures and fittings is fantastic. You really can't go wrong here!! Super happy customer!! Special shout out to Andy who intuitively knew what we wanted and designed everything superfast!! Well done!!

I'm so pleased with my bathroom I purchased at Wash Bathrooms. I had an idea of what I wanted, and with Andys help, I was able to order everything I needed. Andy was amazing, very knowledgeable and great customer service. I would highly recommend Wash Bathrooms.

Andy could not have been more welcoming and helpful, and coped with my uncertainties and queries incredibly well! I'd happily recommend the team to anyone needing to design or change a bathroom, whether starightforward or complex.

Delighted with the outcome of our full bathroom remodel, to convert our very old bathroom into a modern shower room, including new floor, new ceiling, lighting, etc. We selected Wash after visiting a few showrooms in Pompey. Staff were friendly and helpful, and advised us well. Maybe not the cheapest around, but you get what you pay for - some discount was given. They also assisted with the fitting after we had some issues with getting trades (normal), and organised a sub-contractor who had all the necessary trades (including sparky, plasterer etc.).

Thank you Wash Bathrooms for completely renovating my bathroom. Although it was in need of a revamp it was spurred on by my husband?s disability needs. Once this was explained Andy was brilliant working out all aspects of it and made suggestions. John and his team did a fantastic job replacing the old bath suite with a lovely walk-in shower with subtle safety elements. They did everything, plumbing (obviously), tiling (we chose huge tiles to reduce grout cleaning), ceiling, new flooring, electrics, painting, they did the lot which took the worry out it for us and we are really happy with the end result. I recommend Wash Bathrooms to anyone. Well done guy and thank you!

Very very disappointing. Rooms are tiny and the layout has been designed by an imbecile. Clear shower door with a circular hole in it (that?s the supposedly handle) that opens directly into the room giving you absolutely no privacy at all, and the once place where none shower users can be so they don?t see the person in the shower (sat on beds) they?ve placed a mirror on the wall so you still see into the shower lol. So do not stay here unless you?re very intimate with your family/friends. There is no place to get changed privately, toilet far too small to get changed in, ppl just have to avert their eyes. Only two sockets which are not near bed. Two sockets is not enough in this day an age with all the electrical devices we carry (lucky for us we took a 3 meter 5 way extension cable). Extra sockets need to placed at each side of the bed! No storage for clothes, you live out your case, but there?s no place for that to be stored so your constantly tripping over them in the tiny room. There?s no sound proofing at all, you can hear the toilets flushing from other rooms and hear every door being closed. And like most hotels nowhere to hang your wet towel after a shower. Our shower door was hanging off it hinges when arrived, told receptionist & we was moved to another room. But that room had the same problem & the receptionist found a screw driver and tightened the hinge up as we didn?t want the hassle of moving to a third room. Parking is limited & sketchy, don?t assume that all the bays are owned by the hotel, many are for residential people in a neighbouring tower block & a shopping outlet next door. No tea/coffee facilities, although to can hire a kettle for £5 deposit. Didn?t try the continental breakfast, so no opinion on that. Good points?.Free Wi-Fi which is good & for the full duration of your stay, Air-conditioning is excellent & kept the room nice & cool as it was 30C° outside when we stayed. Cheap options for fast food, KFC/McDonald?s/Subway are directly outside, you have to travel further for some fine dining. On the whole I?d wished we?d paid the extra bit & stayed at Premier inn or Travelodge, but we thought we?d give it a go, but much to our disappointment, unfortunately far too much wrong with the room layout. They seemed to have optimised the space layout to accommodate many more rooms in the properties footprint & ignored comfort & privacy of the guests. For £380 for 3 nights I expected much much better.

The pictures on the website (and on trip advisor) plus the price gave us the impression we were booking a hotel that was slightly lower than a Travel Lodge. When opening our bedroom door we were confronted with a cramped, featureless and basic room. The shower is literally next to the bed and the toilet reminded me of a public convenience in a park. There is limited parking outside and so we parked in the B&Q carpark - whilst free, we had this nagging doubt if our car would still be there in the morning. This is more like a hostel and for people who just want a room to sleep in. The price was not too different from nearby Premier Inn/Travel Lodges so would try there first. Tip: try and book a room at the end of the hallway and away from the lift. The walls are quite thin and so you hear people coming in and out of their rooms.

Stayed here during the Victorious festival ? choices were limited as prices were high everywhere. Having spent 3 nights here I do think £120 a night is too high. Pro?s: ? Spotlessly clean ? Comfortable bed ? Free vend hot drinks in reception ? Short walk to train station (10 mins) & seafront (30 mins) ? Close to Tesco, KFC, McDonalds & Subway for breakfast (not included in £120 per night!) ? Staff were friendly Con?s: ? Room is tiny ? Only 2 sockets (no USB) and not by bedside ? Shower cubicle is open to the room so no privacy ? Pillows are poor and only one each ? No hairdryer, kettle or iron without a £5 deposit ? Soundproofing is poor ? other guests were noisy/inconsiderate In the end you pays your money and takes your choice but whilst convenient I would not choose to stay here again as too studenty for my taste.

Fairly clean, parking to far away with luggage and small child. Room small , can see someone in the shower through glass door granddaughter was on bunk bed and could see through the mirror when someone was showering. Very noisy at night, lift was dirty and cups outside of lift and was still there in the morning. Some staff helpful others no so much. Not value for money trivago came up with price but honestly not a good price at all won't go through trivago again, won't stay there again.

Great for the price. The lady on the desk when we came in was lovely! Really helpful, ordered a take away because it was late and she let us have some plates and cutlery from downstairs thank you so much. My friends said they found it noisy in the night but I?m a deep sleeper so didn?t hear anything. We had 3 in one room and it was double on the bottom and then a single on the top bunk. It worked but it?s close quarters! It?s great of you just want to sight see around Portsmouth and not stay in a hotel for luxury.

Clean and tidy the only thing that let it down is the fact it?s cashless and nothing is on the web site to state this, but otherwise my son, daughter in law and granddaughter found it very comfortable good location, with a KFC and McDonalds across the road

All was going very well until the domestic violence incident happened in a room a couple of doors away from me. I had given the Ibis a chance after staying the whole week in Portsmouth with business. It compared well with bith Holiday inn and Premier

All the guys at Wash Bathrooms are super helpful. After I'd foolishly nought soft close loo seats on eBay (that stopped closing shortly after the point where eBay will sort a refund), I had a look online, to see who was local, and decided to give these guys a try. Long story short, I've now got a soft close loo seat that's actually designed for the toilet it's on, so it fits and works perfectly ?

The tiniest room I've ever had in a hotel (this includes CitizenM & Yotel stays). No USB ports, only two electrical outlets in the room. A hairdryer has to be borrowed from the reception desk. No privacy for the shower, TV had loads of home shopping channels & the worst audio I've ever experienced on a hotel television. To top it off, the price was within a few pounds of the regular Ibis that's closer to Portsmouth proper. Never again!!

My stay at the hotel was very disappointing. Both I and my wife could not sleep all night as there was a loud humming noise like some machinery working all night. In the morning it was even worst as we were woken up by the cleaning staff and the water in the shower was rather cold. I don't think in a hurry I will return back to this hotel. Total disappointment.
