Manageress and assistant manageress are lovely people, very approachable and helpful. They have their volunteers trained to perfection in customer service wether you're buying or just browsing. Current shop layout is easy to navigate and tidy and the prices of stock are reasonable. Would recommend to friends and family.

It's a standard, traditional BHF shop. There isn't much to say about it but they do have a decent DVD selection, and sometimes video games as well. Happened to pick up quite a lot from this store over the past few months.

I think the prices are absolutely despicable, daylight robbery at its finest. How do you think it?s acceptable to sell primark dresses for £11 also selling fast fashion brands like boohoo PLT etc for ridiculous prices. People like me prefer to shop second hand because it?s better for the environment and goes to charity but you?re taking advantage of people with those prices. It?s not bloody Harrods it?s BHF. Never going in there again I hate charity shops that take advantage of low income families just trying to buy affordable items!!!!!!!

I use heart shop north end on average twice a week and regularly spend £20 per visit. I have a small jack Russell that is with me all the time as I have problems and she calms me down. Today I got told I could not bring my dog with me anymore as it was a new manager and she didn't allow dogs. I am so sorry but if my dog is not welcome then neither am I. I shall have to find another charity shop to spend my money and donate my goods. Loved everything about the shop and staff but unfortunately I can no longer use your shop. Yours thankfully David Kelly

This branch has a lot of space devoted to music, and that is what bugs me.I realise that the reason for such shops is to raise money, I get it. But someone at this shop appears to judge what they consider is worth more over something else. For example, I bought The Beatles Abbey Road on CD for 99p here, don't see many Beatles CDs about and from this BHF I would have expected to pay much more, and yet there were a couple of standard Robbie Williams CDs for £1.99 each, and every charity shop has most of the Robbie Williams back catalogue available. It is almost as though someone is pricing CDs based on their own tastes. If it works then it raises money, but what are you going to do with all those unsold The Verve and Oasis CDs?It's not the same with DVDs, fortunately; there are usually one or two choice movies available.
