Thanks for all your help i truly doff my cap the people who work there couldn't be more helpful. Needed only 1 ceiling tile and luckily enough they have a small selection of singles behind the counter,was charged a very reasonable price as i didn't have to buy a box or throw the remaining ones away. Very well done and thumbs up to there environmental ethics

My husband came to CCF Portsmouth last week to buy some 15mm beading. He waited for 25 minutes for it to be delivered to his van. The colleague apologised for the delay. He brought it home for the waiting plasterer to be told it was the wrong size. My husband phoned the branch to tell them of their mistake and was made to feel very awkward. He was spoken to very rudely and was basically told if he didn't have his receipt then there's nothing I can do, even though its only a 10 minute journey home and he phoned as soon as he was told it was wrong. The colleague he spoke to was very unhelpful but after a few abruptly asked questions was simply told "I've found you, bring it back down"My husband did this straight away and walked into the branch with the beading, to once again be spoken to like a naughty school boy.My husband made a note of this very rude man, as he answered the phone to another unsuspecting customer with "CCF Portsmouth Paul speaking"The guy who brought round the correct beading was extremely apologetic and admitted their mistake having put some 10mm in with the 15mm but assured my husband that what he had just been given was from a brand new box.Your colleague could of been having a bad day but this is not the way to speak to customers, especially when the mistake was CCF's fault and no fault of my husbands.
