Changed to the community pharmacy after boots cosham closed recently. Had a large prescription to dispense, the pharmacy were very helpful and professional. I also have a repeat and the transition from boots to the community pharmacy has gone very smoothly with no issues. Good service all round.

After 8 attempts to ring and go in to tell them please don't order my testing strips and testing needles and repeatedly being told "we will make a note on your record I have come to the conclusion that they are either thick or stupid or even both, I'm fed up even asking my delivery man to take them back, I now just chuck them in the bin, what a waste of nhs money and I bet they won't reply to my post!

We had to change from another pharmacy, which will remain nameless, because of too many mistakes. Very happy with Cosham Community pharmacy, who have far exceeded our expectations. Extremely helpful, wish went there sooner

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars I would. Been waiting weeks to get my prescription now. Went in over a week ago to collect. They said it wasn't in but they'd order it and get it delivered. Received nothing so went back in today just to be told they hadn't even received my prescription. Useless

I had been having so many issues with my regular pharmacy and even the GP concerning my 3 year old daughters meds. The staff at Cosham Community Pharmacy went above and beyond to help me when I was clearly stressed about the situation. They not only resolved the problem in the moment but have set up a solution for the future too. I cannot thank them enough for the service I received.

I will be honest, there were a few teething troubles when Cosham Community Chemist first transferred. However, since those first few weeks. I can honestly say we have been more than satisfied with the service. And very pleased we have stayed with this Chemist. The equal balance of professionalism and personal service you receive makes you feel more than just a customer. Our prescriptions are always precise and on time. Definitely true to its name, Community.

Been trying to get an appointment with anyone about a change in prescription and to add one on since 2021. Not got anywhere just been tossed about. No one has a clue and doesn?t want to help at all

Popped in this morning out of desperation as the local pharmacy my prescription 's were linked too have been having trouble obtaining a medication i am taking long term.(staff there have not been helpful)The ladies i spoke with today at Cosham Community were so lovely and helpful they have managed to order the medication i need and have transferred all my prescription's over to them too. Many thanks for all your help. ?
