Very shocked and very disappointed of the customer service in this store even being so close to the till area where there was at least four to five members of staff. how many good not even a hello, or give me eye contact except for dirty ones and a staff member moving away from me.

I bought shoes from this store last month, on the third day of wearing the black trainers the base of the shoes, started fading and becoming white, a whole £64 pounds, and am not even confident wearing the shoe after only a Month! I am highly disappointed and I would not recommend.

i've never really been into shoes or bags but this shop has made me want hundreds of each. absolutely beautiful items and helpful staff! could spend all day in there. walked away with the most beautiful pair of sparkly shoes. can't wait to wear them and buy more from this store!

Went in on the off chance they might have a bag I?d seen and was seen by Flo. she was utterly helpful. She checked stock for me and was really attentive. Felt welcomed and looked after. 2 bag purchases later lol I?ll definitely be going back!!

Had absolutely amazing service on Saturday 29th May (sorry I didn?t catch her name but hope you can work this out from who was on shift!). Neither shoes I wanted were in my size but we?re ordered free of charge and delivered to my home address within days. The lovely lady even rang another store to track down a pair of trainers for me on a busy Saturday afternoon. Brilliant service, way above and beyond the ?sorry we don?t have your size? service you usually get!
