Tyre light came on heading into Portsmouth for a day out with my brother (with special needs), Kalum & Co. were super friendly helpful & sorted me out so we were on our way quickly. In an era when customer service is ropey everywhere ? it was wonderful to have been treated so well by Kwik Fit.Cheers Kalum. ?

Staff were helpful and attended to my problem fairly fast considering I arrived without an appointment. They kept me updated and informed while work was in progress. Just a shame there?s no coffee machine as I was there for two hours. Other than that, excellent service.
