Staying at a local hotel and popped in for a few drinks. Lovely busy pub! Didn't have food but what we saw coming out looked lovely. Big shout out to the bar staff for making us feel really welcome, especially Jakob and Alice x

Have stayed in the Premier Inn Langstone a few times in the recent months. Stayed this week and it's really good to see the gradual return to normal. Great welcome from the staff, superb table service for both evening meal and breakfast. Rooms clean and feel safe, confident without over bearing COVID controls. Departed feeling rested, relaxed and ready for the day.

Room 120 the stay was fine the room was clean apart from a smell which we worked out to be the carpet, it smelt like stale socks . The carpet either needs to be changed or cleaned professionally for the smell to disappear.

The staff are the jewel in this hotels crown the hotel is very good but the staff were outstanding the hotel is well appointed clean and ideally positioned car park has plenty of room for the larger vehicles and felt very safe

This hotel is superbly clean and quiet. We were situated overlooking carpark and next to the corridor door and didn't hear a thing. It is always a concern as a light sleeper. There is tea making facilities with extras available as needed. So many 3-pin sockets and USB sockets, just a minor grumble is that there is not a shaver/toothbrush 2-pin socket in the bathroom so do not forget to take an adapter(apparently this is the case in ALL Premier Inn's). Comfortable King Size bed. Piece de la resistance is the huge fluffy bath towels that wrap around. Lastly, a huge tv made great viewing whilst relaxing. Look forward to using Premier Inn again in the future.

First time away in a hotel in a year . Premier inn is a premier inn but the service was good and the best waitress we had was a young lady called Chloe . A credit to your business . Will definitely stay here again . Food was good quality and reasonable price

Staff were friendly and helpful. Assisted with a medical emergency and ensured we had everything we needed. We have always found Premier Inns to be welcoming and this one was no exception. Ideally located.

Just what you would expect from a premier inn except the WiFi does not work and there is no 4G. Staff were very friendly, location is great, bed was comfy, shower great. Just no good if you need to be connected!

This hotel is in a great position for visiting Portsmouth, Hayling or Chichester. Staff were welcoming and efficient, no evidence of staff shortages here. Room and restaurant were clean and covid-19 compliant, we would happily stay again.

Were at a 4 day event at Hayling Island sailing club and couldn?t have been easier and quicker to travel between the 2 though should change the satnav postcode as it takes you to wrong road! Breakfast good as always. Friendly staff.

Myself and the family felt warmly welcome, great staff and the site manager (Andy I think) went beyond expectations to make our stay more enjoyable. All staff were great. When we asked for something it was done to our satisfaction. The house keeping team did a great job
