Food standard for MacDonald's.Service absolutely appalling!It took me nearly 15 minutes to pick up one Big Mac.Not particularly busy but all the staff appeared to be walking around in a dream-like state, crossing paths with one another, looks very inefficiently organised?My advice, go to the Fratton branch, always efficient there.

Used the app to order food, but waited for 20 minutes while others were served much quicker. So that didn't work well. Asked one of the staff politely but she said "they were busy". So that didn't work well. Not an expert on McDonald's but others have been much better.

Disappointing Experience with McDonald's Birthday OrderI recently organized a birthday party and placed an order with McDonald's, hoping to create a memorable celebration for everyone. Unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations.Upon receiving our order, we discovered that one box was missing a meal. I promptly called McDonald's to address the issue, seeking a resolution for the missing meal. However, the response I received was unhelpful and dismissive, claiming my inquiry was rude.What's particularly disheartening is that there were about 20 witnesses at the party who can attest to the situation. Despite the clear evidence, the lack of assistance left a child without a meal, resulting in genuine sadness during what should have been a joyous occasion.I believe it's essential to share our experiences to help companies improve their services. I encourage McDonald's to review their customer service practices and ensure that valid concerns are addressed promptly and courteously. A celebration should not be marred by oversights and inadequate responses.

Food was good and the guy bringing my food was brilliant only reason for low overall rating was that I had to wait whist they fixed my missing items from my order and then bring me only half of what was missing so had to wait again to rectify it always happens
