paid 1 month membership and went only 2 times bc there were teenagers everywhere playing and hanging on the machines like monkeys i had to waste 2 hours of my day just to wait for them to get off of the machines

Always a pleasure to work out here and I have now reverted back to early morning sessions before work. Fewer people in the morning means I can complete my sessions virtually uninterrupted. Staff are always courteous and helpful but one annoying 'technical' issue remains: pod entry is still not as it should be. I purchased a fob, some years ago, and for a long time does not allow smooth access. Once shown to the sensor, the door will open but doesn't close when I step in. I have to get out, wait for the door to close, wait for it to open again and then gain access. It happens Every time! ? So frustrating!!! Sort it out Puregym!

Decent gym. You get what you pay for. Does get very busy at peak times and the toilets are pretty grim sometimes. Staff are friendly when you can find them.My only complaints are the toilets get pretty grim when it?s busy, sometimes it?s difficult to find the weights you need, and the wifi/ data connection is awful. Just gotta make sure you check anything online you might need to check before you get into the gym because you won?t be able to once you?re inside lol

Been coming here 3 months now, could be some vast improvements.Weights are always all over the place, and not organised, staff should be present to keep these in order.There?s never any instructors available to ask for help.Gym is often over crowded, especially on Monday and Tuesday evenings, meaning you can?t get on the equipment without waiting extended periods which is a real pain.
