Thankyou to all the staff at Smyths Portsmouth.Assistance ,direction and support was on hand from the well trained staff at my every request. Even a shopping trolley turned up when my purchases grew over the top of the shopping basket.I left the shop happy with my experience and contectwith my purchases..

The staff were not helpful at all!! When I asked about a child?s bike being built in store the guy was just obsessing over the measurements of my child?s leg which isn?t the question I asked. When I spoke to the manager she told me to go to Halfords instead.

Wisdom helped me get a bike for my son today, he was so helpful and practically taught my son how to ride going up and down the aisle! He was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for my son to be safe. All the colleagues we interacted with in the shop were friendly and welcoming. A great experience and a very happy little boy! Would highly recommend.

Wow!!! what a great service! I normally avoid shopping at all cost but what a pleasure it was to visit Smyths Toy Superstore at Ocean Retail Park, Portsmouth.The floor assistant showed me directly to the toy required and I then checked out at Christine's till....She was delightfully efficient & helpful and a smile to bring joy to any tired shopper!Thank you again for a really first class service!

Really disappointed with the staff in the store and how I was treated, asked one of the staff members on the till to check if they had what I was looking for and his response was ? i don?t know ? didn?t even bother checking. Went back on the same day and the staff member on the door was extremely disrespectful when I was making enquiries about the toy I was after. The staff member blanked several of my questions and did not provide a positive experience and good customer service.Would 100% not recommend, better off shopping online.

This toy store is located in Portsmouth, some toys completely over priced, however some toys are very low quality the store is well stocked,. Clean and tidy, but sometimes only one customer service at the checkout.This place needs to improve its customer service.I recommend the store.

Lots on offer from toys, video games, consoles, bikes, even baby products.Plenty of space but can get very busy so the space becomes a challenge to move around and view what's on offer.

Today for the first time I have visited Smyths Toys Superstores in Portsmouth, good selections of Toys for Both boys and girls, other products for newly born babys including beds. Also a large selection of Bicycles for Both girls and scooters, helmets .What?s the managements have to review is the price of Toys and other products that mostly extremely expensive.
