Sam was very friendly and helpful indeed in making sure everything worked as it should from first appointment to picking up glasses. The glasses are perfect. Good service as always from eye check to final purchase. Glasses arrived well within the given time too.

Unfortunately on my first visit for eye test was given wrong information about when to come back for contact lenses appointment.On my return appointment to test lenses the assistant was in unable to fully demonstrate putting in as he was unable to put them in himself. (Maybe once at the end).When trying my new glasses, they immediately didn't feel strong enough, as I was unable to read a poster few metres away. When I said then, I felt that I was asking too much and was told perhaps my expectations were too high for the glasses.etc etc.They were taken away, said they were checked, they cleaned and told they were the correct prescription.I decided I would try for few days, get used to. I will be returning these.

Specsavers in Cosham is a good place to go and get your sight checked. They offer a wide range of tests and are very professional. Everyone working there is so kind, friendly and helpful. There's a good range of glasses to pick from and the glasses (even the cheaper ones) are of a really good quality. Literally the best Specsavers branch I've ever been to and will definitely come back for my next vision test in 2 years time ???

The staff at Cosham are extremely friendly, professional and helpful.I was dealt with quickly and kept informed of what was happening every step of the way, from the minute I stepped in the store for my eye test, to having my new glasses fitted. Wonderful team!
