we visited the store yesterday. While I went in there were four staff members three of which are just chatting with each other. None of them welcomed. After I selected a few pieces of jewellery, I called one girl and she approached me with no expression on her face. The staff could be more cheerful. She showed me the pieces and I needed one more to see from other corner of the store and she made me walk with her all the way back and forth while I was expecting we will go to the corner and see the jewellery somewhere near there. I finally selected one and the staff gave no ideas for matching, no opinions, didnt offer me to try ...nothing... As I was a swarovski customer from years now and just love the designs I went ahead selecting one set of necklace and earrings. when packing she packed both in a lovely small pink bag. I asked her to give me one more bag then she gave me two seperate small white bags...REALLY..... I have collected more than 20 bags now as I just love them and the girl staff was reluctant to give me one more bag ...which is just made with cardboard.. hmmmm...dissapointing

We visited the shop today and we had totally different experience then boxing day.The girls at the shop could improve by being more cheerful towards customers. Also, it's recommended to do personal grooming, like hair styling, at home rather than in front of customers.

There were 3 staff on the store floor but no one has welcome approached and neither even ask if i need any help. All 3 were talking to one customer who was buying couple of stuff (as per the boxes got packed on counter). I left store after 5/7 minutes waiting & came back again after 20 minutes but again same thing no welcome, no hello, and weird thing there wasn't anymore customer in the store only three girls were talking to each other. I had to go and ask them for size check and availability for the ring i was looking for And only answer i got is no they don't have. Definitely not going back to this store again and will not recommend to anyone. Rude customer service ever. Not expecting from such a brand.

Beautiful jewellery at a massive bargain price but be prepared to receive obnoxious customer service in Portsmouth Gunwharf.Have contacted customer services , it was appalling !

Staff were very helpful. Helped me find my ring size. It is an outlet store so dont have all their products but the product they do have is largley discounted. The lady we spoke to was very kind and easy to talk to. She even reccomend another jewllers to go and get a wedding band for my partner.

Great selection glad the ornaments are featuring again ....at ine point there was just jewellery pieces. Service was great and store well appointed and clean.
