I received excellent service from Vision Express in the Cascade Centre, Portsmouth. Kara was especially helpful and professional in helping me choose frames and Ibrahim was very friendly and helpful in performing my eye test. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I came here for an eye test and it was very good polite staff nice waiting area and a water machine and we got a voucher letting a section of the glasses free .

Never used Vision Express before and I don't know why. My 1st experience with them was amazing from start to finish! James was most helpful and so was the optition who talked me through everything in detail A++

Always a great service at Portsmouth with Mark. I did try Chichester as it is nearer to me but hated the experience. Mark is so good I have been with him for 28 years. Mark is spot on & knows what he is doing.

Wonderful first experience here, all staff were lovely and accommodating. Especially Kara who went the extra mile to ensure I selected the right frame for myself with no pressure! 10/10 service. I look forward to my next visit!

I find that vision express is very expensive and they try up sale . I went with my son for an eye test . It was recommended he had thin lenses which would cost an extra £100 pound and sun glasses .It was bad enough that I had to pay £70 for a basic lens .

Went to fix my glasses pads that I did not buy from the store got greeted and told to wait about 10 mins (understandable) my glasses fixed even clean them as well as my pad arms. All free of charge and nice attitude ?

Every helpfully staff. And lady who has done my eye tests is just the best she know her stuff and thanks to her I am now having my cataracts removed. You will not find better place for eye checks. Had 2 appointments there and very happy with help out come. 5 stars. ??????????

Went to vision express in cascades, the lady was friendly, helpful, honest and very customer focused. Pick out a frame, then booked an appointment for a later date. Returned lady on holiday had eye test, again very professional,spoke with James, he was excellent as well, explained the prices, lens, and offers. I had to call back to pay for my order two days later, very efficient, payment taken and followed by an email. The manager was lovely and approachable, I did leave feed back for the lady on the day. He thanked me for this and he commented about the laughter in the shop, I apologise and he stated it was lovely hear. 100 out of 100 for the service, wouldn't go any where else now. Congratulations. Xxx

Very pleasant experience just the price of your glasses were absolutely unbelievable as we didn't expect the all in Price to be over 300 pound's so hence why Roger didn't purchase a new pair as he needed a new pair after his major operation in 2022 thank you .

Having not had an eye test for well over a decade I was certainly impressed with my recently eye test.No waiting around, everything was explained, staff were helpful and friendly. Luckily I don?t need to go again for a few years but will be using this branch when I do.

James was incredibly patient whilst I attempted to self-fit my contact lenses for the first time (I ultimately succeeded after an hour in store!). Thoroughly professional and polite staff with a vast range of glasses to choose your frame from. I would recommend vision express to friends and family for all their optometrical needs!
