The team is good warm welcoming,, quite helpful nice kids menu very cautious about allergies and food is tasty I love the ambience here they have been located here for almost 8 years I have known love it ?Kid-friendliness: Menus are customizable and they look after it and our 1.5 year old finished the kids plate

First time I've been there. Waitress was not particularly helpful. I asked for a glass of dry white and she said she didn't understand!but she made up for it. Quick service but I cannot get my head around being served with main course then starter appeared! Not my cup of tea, rest of staff friendly, quite inviting, very busy so obviously very popular. Brilliant fact was you can pay by cash , something sadly lacking.Parking: Park in gun wharf and walk to it. 3 mins tops.

Thank you for a superb meal and service. The food was top quality and the staff were super friendly. I?ll definitely return when I am next shopping in Gunwharf.Vegetarian options: Keep up the vegetarian options as more people are choosing plant based and no meat meals these days.

Dissapointing service. 1 of the 4 meals did not come out and eventually did after 3 times of asking. Got 3 portions of a sharing dish but only ordered 2 and they did try to get us to accept it and had to be asked for it to be taken off the bill. Food was good . Please do not ask for a tip - I decide on my experience if I tip . It was a long overdue meeting with family and was tainted.

We are regular customers and just had the worst experience here today. We were seated outside and the table was not set up. Green tea were served in the tiny espresso cups which was a first time. Our food arrived 25 minutes after, had to ask for napkins and chopsticks, and also asked the server which one was the spicy broth, the answer was she didn?t know. The noodles were very mushy, the pork belly was crispy and dry. Really bad quality of food. The one in Whiteley is much better.

Avoid this place.. plenty of other great restaurants here. We?ve been twice in the past 2 months, both times had to wait ages to be served or get drinks/food. Toilets are disgusting, waiting staff are clueless. Today we walked away before our food arrived and went to carluccios instead.

Saturday 9th September 6pm family of 3 was able to walk in without booking, plenty of tables available. Quickly seated by friendly help staff who had good knowledge of the menu (we had many questions about some dishes). Food is delicious, some parts may taste a little peculiar but that?s what you?d expect sampling food from another culture. Tried Kimchi (fermented salted vegetables) sounds worse than it tastes. For mains I had the Katsu chicken curry which is delicious & comes with fluffy rice and an odd tasting side salad which is nice in parts. It?s our 4th visit to various Wagamama?s and would definitely recommend the experience. Just one note?Don?t expect the meal to be delivered to your table all at the same time. They do explain that whatever is cooked and ready 1st will be put on your table. You will all be eating at the same time at some point, there just might be 1-2 mins time difference between dishes coming out the kitchen.

Starter and main came together with drink order. No way could this be altered or the main kept warm while we ate what transpired to be dry, cold gyoza and drank warm white wine. Restaurant not busy, service really poor. Shan?t be going again

Service was slow, waited 30 minutes for one coke. Was brought the wrong food as staff didn?t know the menu. Food wasn?t as good as normal was spicy and my partners was cold. Very disappointing as it?s our favourite place to go and never had a bad experience there but won?t go back for a while :(

Brilliant food and great service made this a real surprise - well above average for a chain restaurant. Top marks all-round, and a special shout out for Sam who really went the extra mile. I particularly like how the vegan meals are highlighted and easy to spot - you are leading the way - thank you!

Met a friend here for lunch, been to Wagamama's before so I know the deal with how food arrives etc.We sit down, just the two of us and order as normal. Friend's food comes out but mine does not, nothing unusual. Once my friend was half way through their meal, I chased mine as still had not arrived. 2 minutes I was told.My friend finished her meal before mine had even left the kitchen, a good 20 minutes or so. On top of this a table next to us had been seated, ordered and were all eating, obviously my meal had been lost, forgotten or something else. I asked another server to cancel my meal, and then within a minute it arrived at the table.Moment was gone and we needed to get on so I told them to take it away, the server was insistent on giving me my meal until a (I assume) manager stepped in and said to take it away. Tried to tell me that the kitchen is busy at different times and this is why food comes out at different times - I get this, but not 20 minutes difference.I told them it was a human error and they should hold their hands up and acknowledge this, which this individual would not and insisted this is how they operate. No offer of apology or conversation on how to resolve, but did take my meal off the bill (the meal I cancelled).Customer services needs further training on resolution, whilst the kitchen need better alignment on getting food out (at least) at similar times.

The food is super delicious!I am half Koean and really enjoyed it here. Also my husband and his son enjoyed it. 1 star deducted as it is a bit too loud for me. But 100% recommended to come and eat here. We will come again if we are here!Enjoy ?
