Thomas the manager was very unhelpful. He failed as a manager and should be removed from this store. Thomas sounded like he was not bothered and interested over the phone and people like him will ruin the store brand. Jessica gave an amazing customer service to me and my boyfriend. She took her time with us showing different watches to us which i was happy about. Overall, she was patient and sweet to us. Great customer service in general with the other employees. At the end i purchased a beautiful watch:)
