Ordered some puffin drinking glasses from this shop and they didn't turn up so i gave them a call and received the most fantastic customer service the person on the phone was very friendly gave me advice on what to do and even offered to replace missing goods . The puffin glasses was at the post so no need for replacement. Great quality very very pleased . Thanks again for your help will definitely recommend to others.

I agree with other reviewers ... the range of stuff is excellent, quality is high, customer service is excellent too - but you're paying for it through pretty hefty prices.There again - where else can you go for small kitchen items in Ringwood? Waitrose and Sainsbury's have a limited selection, but that's about it.

A lovely shop, deceptively large, full of useful kitchen gadgets etc. Also stock cards. I would recommend anyone to visit this cook shop. Very well stocked.
