This coffee shop is always short staffed. The consequences being; a long queue and often having to use takeaway cups. You always have to clear dirty tables yourself to be able to sit down. And it just feels grubby all round. Nice coffee though!

Good up and downstairs seating, friendly staff, good toilets on both levels. There is plugs for charging laptops, and an array of chairs and tables to suit group size and/or potential back pain! Lovely seasonal foods, as well as toasties and sandwiches, cold and hot drinks. It can get a little busy around 11am, and sometimes in the afternoon used plates and cups can get piled up, but it doesn?t cause much bother at all. They welcome dogs which is nice, and there are pretty much always dogs on both floors, and there are some wooden high chairs for use. You can get take in and out, and you can use your own cup if you want. There are normally two to three baristas and there are only two tills so you need to be patient, you can?t really just stop by if you?re in a rush. It is wheelchair accessible and I?ve noticed accommodating to those who are hearing impaired or blind, as well as those with carers. You get various ages and people visiting, as well as school children, both primary and secondary. I really enjoy their luxury hot chocolates and the selection of cakes. All in all, Cafe Nero Romsey is a lovely little coffee shop.

Really good

Drinks were good. Food was pricey and not of great quality. I was going to get a toastie but I picked it up saw it was flat as a pancake and was overpriced. So that went back onto the shelf for the next victim. The toilet was shared and small and looked like it had seen better days. I don't understand how massive company?s can have such poor facilities. It would be nice to see some improvement to the toilets for this place. A member of staff went in and didn't come out for about 20mins.

Located on the main high street in Romsey. It was a Sunday late morning and everywhere was busy & this place was no exception. We joined the queue and only ordered a couple of coffees & managed to find a table upstairs which we had to clear ourselves.Service was slow, hence the queue.Nothing special, just like any other coffee shop you?ll find in every town & city throughout the UK.Parking: Plenty of car parks in the locality

The staff are amazing however the cafe is tired and dirty , very dusty everywhere, the glass domes covering the food were dirty with dust and finger marks as were the counter tops. The cakes look like they have been around for a while .Compared to costa which was clean and food looked fresh .A major overhaul needed at Nero?s!!Kid-friendliness: Children made welcome
