Diabolical! Asked for a bouquet for my wife’s birthday which was also a gift from our daughter and a memorial for my wife’s angel twin and angel baby and these lot sent a bouquet wrapped in plastic and shoved in a vase! no water! no feed! just left to dry out and die.
