I have been with boots for over 20 years. Iam contact lense customer. I recently phoned after the direct debit was paid to change my direct debit details for the following month so they had plenty of notice for the Next payment to come out from The different account, Only to find they haven?t bothered changing my details so the money still came out of the old account making me go over drawn which I haven?t been over drawn in years over 15 years & now incuring charges from my bank!!! The sad thing is I?m not surprised. They have things go wrong all the time. When I phone & complain they will undoubtedly blame the system! The really old rubbish system. The phone goes unanswered for ages & they don?t even apologise when you mention this. Not the person who was supposed to change my details, it?s always ?the system? I have tried to changed my bank details 3 times!!! Each time they say it?s done!!

Crowded & uncomfortable shopping. Use it as infrequently as possible. Products continually 'moved around' in store's efforts to get shoppers to 'buy' at all costs.

Super rude staff. I was served by the manager on Wednesday at the prescription desk and she was very racist and treated me very badly with bad body language and very unfriendly manner. I never been served this way and until now on Sunday I still feel not right and very offended by the way she spoke to me. It really offended me so much that I need to see a doctor for help. I will need boots upper management to look into this matter as soon as possible.

Photography, kiosk printing services, clothing baby and toddler, maternity wear, food and drink branded as (Boots Delicious), Lunch time meals and snacks (Meal Deal promotion).Opticians, Hearing services,Mental health services.Boots staff are always well looked after with a restaurant, coffee and snacks shop, a branch of Boots Opticians & Cash Point. All situated in landscaped grounds which includes the Millennium Gardens in which is the Herb Garden where Boots Original Herbal Remedies used to come from.Boots museum is now closed but some of the items are now in storage or on display at the D90 building at their headquarters in Nottingham.

Pharmacy never answer their phone and some of the staff working in the pharmacy have been very rude in the pastMost don't seem to know what they're talking about and give you wrong information!

Abby at the No7 makeup stand was extremely helpful with finding me a good foundation match and was just generally very polite and friendly. Her colleague there today was lovely too but forgotten her name sadly.

I love this store for it's variety BUT it's VILE how warm it is in there due to non-working aircon. I personally feel ill everytime I go in to collect my medications as I'm in there for atleast 20mins in that horrible heat. They really need to do something about this.

As a disabled person on a mobility scooter using this store is a nightmare lots of tight corners and small aisles and very hard to use checkouts as there just wasn't enough room for me , I really wish stores would think about there disabled customers too

Today, 1June I went to pick up my prescription at Boots. There was a queue as usual. Behind me in the queue was a man. It seems he came to talk to one of the pharmacists as he greeted her when she came to the till. She was an asian lady in her 30s. As I was before the man I was to be served first so I was called by the lady to the desk. I told her I came to collect my prescription, told my details. She looked at the computer the told me to "come tomorrow"! I said "tomorrow? Can't I have it today?" She offered no explanation, no apology, just repeated I shall come tomorrow. Her attitude was unfriendly. I insisted I needed my medication today. Then she said that if I need it today then I should wait. When I was waiting I saw her holding my medication, then talking to other stuff. Then she passed my prescription to a different woman and called the man. They talked, then she left. After waiting a bit longer I was called to the till by a different, older lady who gave me my medication. I asked her why I was initially told to come tomorrow and her reply was " I didn't tell you this, so I don't know!" Her attitude was rude and abrupt. Again, no explanation was given, no apology. Looks like the first lady just wanted to get rid of me and talk to the man she knew who was behind me in the queue. Why else did she tell me to come tomorrow? I don't want to be treated like this and therefore will collect my prescription elsewhere!

Absolutely rude staff. I needed approval for something at the self checkout and I looked at the staff that were close by for assistance, they just looked at me and did nothing. So I went over to ask one woman for help with it and she just straight up ignored me and didn't help. I then had to wait there longer until another woman came by, I asked her for help and she did but she didn't say a thing, it felt like it was a hassle for her. I don't normally leave reviews but this one was so bad I had too. These people should be trained on customer service.

Was served by a lady on the Clinique counter who put a lot of pressure on me to spend more money, which I did and regret because I can?t afford it. Another customer wanted to be served next holding a non Clinique product but the sales advisor kept ushering her away, solely because she wanted to finish the sale quickly before I changed my mind. I?ve been thinking about buying into a different brand, and well this has helped me decide!

This review is based on my experience with one visit to this store. It is not about many visits during the past.I needed some pain medication so I went to the pharmacy department and waited in line until I got to the pharmacy assistant.A young lady, who looked really nice and smartly dressed, finished serving the customer in front of me.I asked for the product and she barely said a word was rather miserable and sharp. What an unpleasant surprise that was. Maybe she was having a bad day.Maybe next time I go to another store and be blown away by someone who gives me a smile and says, ?how can I help you?? and then they go out of their way to help. I get home and write a hugely positive review and I go back again the next time!

On Monday 20th of March, I visited boot's pharmacy, for only one item, but a young lady named ( Sip ) said to me , have to come back after one hour, I asked is not possible to stay here and have look around the shop? It's only one item, But she had very bad attitude and so rude, say to me , you can go somewhere else, I never come back for shopping and never recommend to friends or family ?,.
