Came to pick up prescription for 14 year old daughter, was told to pay. I said 'no' prescriptions are free for children. They said 'no' your daughter is 37. Turns out they gave me the wrong bag because THEY misread the address - same name similar address. Anyway they're totally incompetent but still take 20 minutes (no queue) to hand out a simple prescription and then get it wrong anyway.

Google will not accept that it closes for lunch - even though I photographed the opening hours and sent it to them. So NB CLOSED for lunch 13.00-14.00!

Moved boots rude service sort out myself. Don't contact you when have no medication. Now left with nothing. Should be shut down as Woolston always there to help. Shame Woolston branch is going. Won't be using them again.

Should open early for those who need their medication. People have to wait till 9am for their medicine. In the winter months it's a long wait outside for the chemist to open.

The staff are friendly, and funny sometimes too. I have proscribed some nose spray stuff and the lady at the counter actually recommended a better one that was more effective for my sinus issues. I've been there many times and not once have I ever been uncomfortable, always greeted with a warm smile no matter the person.

1 ? for each of the staff behind the counter, who were diligent, polite and attentive.Arrived on time for pre-booked flu jab, but they didn't seem to expect me. Nurse was informed immediately, then reminded a further 3 times.After 30 minutes wait, I decided to cancel and re-book elsewhere, as just heard the nurse make a phone call. This didn't sound urgent or even expected.At no point did she tell me or colleagues of any delay or when she expected to see me. Boots say to arrive on time, to limit visit/COVID risk - lol!Obviously didn't complain to nurse at time, as she was the one who'd then be jabbing me (possibly!).

Turned up for a pre booked Flu jab, got a reminder both email and text yesterday, arrived on time and told no Flu vaccine available didn't I get a phone call? NO and nor did the other people queued waiting

Went in at 13.45 hrs on a Friday, my repeat prescription, which had been handed in to the surgery on the previous Tuesday (so the pharmacy would have received it on Thursday) had not been put together yet, and the Pharmacist was on lunch break, so I would have to come back later. No apology, I felt like it was my fault and I was an inconvenience. If they are going to be closed at lunch time they should make that clear on the opening times. Fortunately I have 2 weeks supply of drugs which will be enough as I am going on holiday.
