“Very friendly staff always available 24 hours a day. High security too. Key fob must be used to enter each area. There are many rooms here at the hostel. The council allow you to stay here for 4 weeks. The garden area is nice to sit in and pass the time of day. With hot or cold drinks and daily food packs available.”

“I have been both a volunteer and assistant manager at this shop, and have made some good friends there. Though no longer the assistant manager I still volunteer there. The shop is a nice friendly place both to work at and shop”

“Fantastic shop. I was served by Bradley today who was very helpful and pleasant but chatted with some of the other staff/volunteers also (all a credit to the charity and shop.) They were able to help me with a very reasonably priced bed frame and delivery all together at a great price. Regardless of whether they are paid or volunteer staff they were friendly, professional \\u0026 helpful. Thank you.”

“Regularly take goods to this shop, staff always welcoming and appreciative of good quality saleable goods, especially toys my grandson has outgrown. Refreshing attitude compared to some of the other charity shops in the area that have a negative attitude to good quality donations. Will always use this shop.”

“They had exactly what I needed and it only cost a donation. The shop has a huge range of stock, that you may not find anywhere else locally. The staff are very polite and helpful. Parking is free and only a short walk away.”

“This shop is easy to park outside with a lay by right outside. The opening times are restricted to mon-fri which is a shame and it closes at 4 so I often come past too late”

“This charity shop has recently undergone a great makeover. Although I'm a great fan of charity shop shopping, this was never my favourite. But it's been redesigned by someone with a real talent for retail layout. It's brighter, has a more sensible layout and has much more space. Volunteer staff are also very friendly and engaging, so I'll be sure to enjoy my shopping here much more in future!”
