I'm genuinely surprised by all the poor reviews for this pharmacy. I use it regularly, the ladies and gentlemen behind the counter are always really helpful and friendly. You can see they are doing the best they can.

Reached out to them for help 3 times but they just kept ignoring me. Staff were friendly but that doesn't help when they don't actually provide any service.

Waited for 20 mins until 1400 to open after their lunch break which is joke. Then as I got to the door, a notice saying wouldn't open until 1500. Shall be ordering my prescription online and delivered in future. I hope more people do the same. Let them know what a poor service they provide

Cant give a no star rating. They are always slow at serving people almost every time I've been there ill be waiting for 30minutes or so before even getting out

Lovely staff, always willing to help. Often go to lunch late ensuring we're all seen to, they don't usher us out the door like some places do. You never feel unwelcome here, every member of staff goes out of their way to provide the best service and I've not got a bad word to say about them. Especially with the things they put up with on a daily basis.You often find long queues outside but that can't be helped with how busy the branch is. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

Always a queue. Staff are not in any hurry to help. Prescription is never ready doesn't matter how long they have had it. Often prepared half of the request and you still have to wait for the rest. Worst pharmacy I have ever used.

rude door keeper to close the door like flight attendants,before timing to say it's too late, we are closed when actually he can see there are still three minutes to 6pm..and those angles are so good to hide behind counter doing something.. well I am agree am late but there are still 3 min to go each minutes got 60sec.so they always want to close I don't want to write about it but this is a 2nd time this happened can someone is any supervisor or manager from pharmacy reading think about it ..at the end everyone wants to go home early but sometimes we have to compromise with minutes we don't want to come to you, you don't want us.

It amazes me how finding 4 medicines of same category takes ages here. Extremely slow service, try to sell/merge your pharmacy to Tesco Express. Might help. My expectations are below 0 for every visit I make here and you brilliantly manage to keep it intact.

The lady at the counter asked me to wait and got on with others but she didn't look for my prescription. I waited for around 20 minutes and I was getting late to work so I went to inquire. Then another person found it in 1 minute. Not happy with how they made me wait unnecessarily.
