The 1 star is for the store team who couldn't be more helpful..... 0 stars for the poor customer service of the furniture collection guys. 2 gentlemen came round to collect my sofa, only to be told that it wasn't in good enough condition. After stating that the sofa was previously bought from the Shirley, Southampton branch, I was told that it wouldn't have been sold to me in that condition. I can assure you it was and I am more than happy to provide receipts dates and times of purchase. Along with pictures of the sofa upon purchase and the condition now.If someone is able to reply to me, that would be great. As I don't really like implications of being called a 'liar'.
