Me and my fiancé were shopping when we found the most beautiful engagement ring in the shop window in the Southampton store. Sonia the lady that assisted us couldn?t have been anymore helpful if she tried. She had such fantastic knowledge and advice, I truly can?t thank her enough. We had previously been to Ernest Jones and the lady that served us was incredibly pushy, she was basically a sales rep trying to sell us a £5000 ring she knew nothing about. Thank goodness for Sonia is all I can say! Emma :)

Very rude sarcastic staff .foreign lady with glasses behind the counter was very rude and sarcastic. Couldn't believe the way she spoke as we was walking out the shop .People like that shouldn't be working with customers .I've brought and sold here since they opened in marlands ,I def won't ever go back there. Maybe she needs to find a different job

I went to sell jewellery my aunt left to me. I met Melena in the Southampton Bargate branch and she went the extra mile to explain everything. Outstanding customer service highly recommended.

Had such a great experience after doing alot of research in the best way to sell jewellery and found EST1897 did everything I needed. The two gentlemen Ben and jake were fantastic. I had quite alot of jewellery that took around 4 hours for them to check I was pleasantly surprised with the amount they said and was very reassured and comfortable with the whole process. They were very professional and polite and would definitely recommend.

Well I wrote a review a while back complaining about a product.. this company was quick to sort my enquiry and happy to sort all issues so will be happy to use again their system for sorting issues was great and customer service from the manager was great they were understanding polite and did everything possible to resolve things and went out of their way to make things better my faith has been restored thank you H&T
