I train at EastboundGym in Amsterdam and come often to UK for business. On holiday I visited a few Muay thai gyms and thought why not try when I'm here on a business trip. So went with a colleague (on a 30 degree celcius day) and it was great, good level of recreational kickboxers but especially a great level of respect amongst each other. Kids and grownups together. The owner and his trainers all know eachother for years. It's definitely kind of underground and oldschool, but that makes it quite nice.

I walked into this place not really knowing nothing Mike jones and Daniel bourne trained me for a charity event and gave me the best 8 weeks I?ve ever had equally all the other coaches were always on hand to ask questions help us out even when they didn?t have to THANK YOU EXILE thank you exile this will live me me for ever

Amazing amount of fighters and everyone was pretty friendly. They have a lot of classes after 5 though so you might get tired if you do multiple classes back to back.
