I spoke with Sarah upstairs in the lens department who was able to identify potential issues I may be having and offer solutions. I was super impressed with Sarah’s clear knowledge and genuine interest in making sure I was sorted. We also discussed glasses and Sarah handed me on to Tom Bamford downstairs. Tom was, again, very helpful! We discussed possible eye care vouchers I could get from work, which I went away and sorted. I came back at a later date with my existing glasses and had new lenses put in those frames, plus I bought a new pair. I had these delivered to my house for convenience but when they came the new glasses needed adjusting, so I popped back into store. I had my glasses adjusted by Gurinder, who kept looking at all angles to make sure he was happy with how they sat and that I was happy with the comfort. I’ve been so happy with the service from all of these people. I’ve saved money, got the right glasses, added fluid back onto my subscription and felt no pressure or like I was being a nuisance. What a great team!”
