I was greeted by two nice ladies on entering the shop. I only went in to have a battery fitted in my husbands watch on the life time replacement but was treated as if I was buying something expensive. Very friendly lady.

I came in with my Fiancé as her engagement ring has suffered some accidental damage and needed resizing.I cannot sing the praises of the ladies that work there. They where so helpful from start to finish and couldn't reassure my partner enough that they could help. They are a credit to the business they work and a shining example of what the gold standard of customer service is. They all deserve a raise. Would highly recommend this store.

I bought a pair of earrings, but was disappointed to lose one before I got home! They were hook earrings, but did not come with a plastic back, which may be why it fell off. I contacted Hinds and they were good enough to offer me a replacement. Such great service, and with a smile ? I will be shopping there again.
