I was a tad nervous knowing that I was likely going from long hair to something much shorter and very different. But immediately, the place felt comfortable and welcoming. Kerri was brilliant. Had a nice chat about what might work and then very much just let her do what she thought would be best. And it turned out brilliantly. Best haircut I have had, and I will definitely be going back.
