I have today just been in store to collect an order I placed 5 days ago.4 days I ago I received confirmation that both my purchases were ready to collect.Today I can only collect 1 item because only 1 item has arrived, yet I got an email to say both items had been delivered to store.Then I find that my e-recipt states I have collected both items.If this missing item is not in store tomorrow then I will be going nuts and someone will be getting some verbal.

Considering that the products and service could be good, I gave two stars. However, I believe that the level of skill in communicating with customers is a capability that should be acquired or even purchased from factories that produce the same products they sell. My experience was really bad. Despite having lived in England for a long time, I could barely understand them when they spoke and interacted with me. I strongly suggest they study or take a language course to enhance their communication skills, avoiding the use of the local dialect. Additionally, I would like to mention that I am an English teacher with a certificate, yet I find myself in a multi-ethnic city. Furthermore, it's disappointing to note that I still encounter unqualified individuals in this context.

I went to Halfords this morning to replace 12 V battery of my car ( Mercedes- B class).The lady who was attending to replace the battery has only recomnded me AMG115 battery ( most expensive one) eventhoutgh there are some other cheaper batterries available in store which matching for this car ( AMG 096), accoriding to the halford system.The most bad experience is that she had no idea about the correct procedure of removing the battery casing/ covering and terminal from the battery.She remove plastic casing of the battery improper way and later complained that she can not remove the negative terminal and therfore asked me to bring the car to a garage.I thought there was a real problem with the negative terminal and I agree for her suggestion and I asked her to put back all plastic coverings as same as was before .She struggled a lot to place those covers properly as she removed those covers in improper way.Later on another lady colleague attended , even she couldn't fix it.Then she asked me to leave without properly fixing the plastic casing and I requested her to seek help from her colleague if she doesn't know how to fix it.Later on another gent appeared and he fixed it by spending over 20 minutes on it.Total it took me over one hour with this unsuccessful attempt of the Halfrod staff and I returned with purchasing only the battery worth £202 ( AMG 115).I was just able to fix the battery from local garage, the garage man just replaced the casing and battery without any issue ( as he has properly dismantled the nearby items to make room to remove the battery) , within just 15min.Therfore I am really doubtful about the so called professional service of the Halfords - Southampton ( Winchester road).Not even a one star is worth for the service.

Horrible service i asked about headlights and asked if he knew about them i wanted to make sure i was buying white bulbs not your traditional yellow and guess what they turned out no better then the ones i had already?. Useless wont go back again !!

The bike had braking fault , wheel wobled.To be fair to Halford they said bring it back.Unfortunately staff member who delt with my wife was very dimisive of her and did not live up to the company's customer care.Even admitted he couldn't really do the job .We got our money back the bike had done less than 2 miles. My wife thought he treated her as if she was stupid.
