Absolutely disgusting service. Refused by branch to transfer money within reason of daily limit. Spoken to like dirt by manager Kate, lied to by multiple members of staff in branch about an authorisation email which was non existent. Absolutely disgusted with untrained staff. No wonder branches are closing.

Not happy with the service went draw money out with my grandmother to assist her and the person Toni over the counter spoke to me about my grandmothers affairs like my grandmother was not able to deal with her own account and all while my grandmother stood there upset distressed because she was spoken to like a child .Counter service inappropriate !

I?d like to thank the lady working on Tuesday 18th July who greeted my father & helped him. She had the foresight to realize he was being conned into transferring money into a fraudulent account. She guided him to a private room and he chatted to someone on the phone. Thanks to Halifax staff as he could of lost a lot of money & it would of caused a lot of stress also. ????

My husband and I deposited some bags of coins last Saturday. After being initially disappointed that there is a limit to bags being paid in, I received fantastic customer service from the lady taking the cash for us. I think her name was Toni (?) Very professional and friendly with a lovely manner. She was particularly helpful and concerned regarding another customer who required some help as the customer did not have the capacity to safely find her way home. For this reason all the staff working on Saturday can be highly commended as it was a team effort. I did verbally thank the lady for her help and service. Keep up the good work ?

It is the only service near for me and my family, and even though for me an English speaker the staff was good one of the members lacked patience with in of my family members with little English.. made them feel uncomfortable and nervous? not happy about this

Tried to switch my joint current account to Halifax.. ended up at this branch with Hannah.. I started the process before going to the branch by applying online, this was just to add my partner to the account. I asked at the outset can we get this done today.. oh yes she says.. then proceeds to try to undertake a full financial review..I asked how long that would take 1.5 hrs she tells us.. no i said we dont have time.. ends up opening a new account for me and trying to add my partner.. I had to leave after 50 minutes due to parking running out.. big FAIL!!!!!! I have my mortgage and credit cards with Halifax thought I would align my current account.. now I think I will re-align my other products to another financial institution. Thanks for wasting my time Hannah I almost felt like you were doing this on purpose because I said we had limited time. If you cannot open a joint account online there is something wrong in this day and age.. Im sure halifax will sort it at some point and put people like Hannah back on the job market.. dont go for fast food you will likely not last long there!

Couldn't solve my issue in Branch but Sardor was particularly helpful in advising me on how to get it done over the phone leading me to solve the issue within 30 minutes when I got home and when he was meant to be on his lunch break too!! I don't condone employees doing such things but that man deserves a raise 10/10.

Both paying machines are not woking .There is Short staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One man was speaking to a staff member in the counter about 30 minutes, and I was in the queue with about 7or 8 people waiting. Most of us wrere annoyed and left !!!Worst customer experience ever! Not helpful at all!
