absolutely shocking service by Amy!! booked the wrong year for a holiday this year. then sent a 19 year old single mum and her baby to a place where she is on a floor with no lift! no balcony as specifically requested and the pool is NOT the one she showed them on booking, it is not suitable at all! there is never a manager available to rectify any problems either. it is terrible service, not once but twice messed up holidays in a 6 month period ! avoid like the plague !!

We booked an appointment via the Facebook page with Amii to get quotes for our wedding at the destination we had looked at and set our hearts on. We were planning to book 2 weeks for our wedding plus a honeymoon. We eagerly went to our appointment. The door was locked at 9.10. our appointment was at 9.30 so thought maybe we were just abit early. A woman sat in the branch didn't acknowledge us attempt to open the door. About 5minutes later she came over to ensure the door was in fact locked. We stood outside until 9.50 with yet anyone to arrive and the door still locked. We noticed a sign on the door saying they were not opening due to staffing issues but didn't think that applied to us as we had an appointment. I called the number on the door and spoke to the woman sat inside to which I was told Amii had called in sick so won't be seeing me. We had a wasted trip, no call or message to say the appointment was cancelled, due to waiting for knowone to arrive it left no time to go anywhere else for quotes before having to collect our son from preschool. I understand especially at these times sickness can occur but I'd like to think a company of this size would have the common decency to let customers know when an appointment is cancelled. Even if it was 5minutes beforehand.

Had an amazing package made up by Sonya for 12 nights around the West Coast of the USA. Such a friendly and personal service and will be using again for trips in the future. We had a great time. Highly recommended!
