Absolutely cannot fault the service since the change over ! Staff are brilliant (as ever) . Fully stocked shelves of bargains and never had more than one person queuing in front of me. If you?re thinking it?s not changed it really has and you should see for yourselves. Excellent service every time. Keep up the good work all you lovely staff !!

I regularly go to this pharmacy,, staff are always happy, helpful,, and always willing to give advice,,, if staff need to they will speak to the pharmacist... I would highly recommend this pharmacy... Thank you all....

So much better since the change over from Lloyds - I have used them for urgent prescriptions with no problems at all. I have also sought pharmacist advice for a couple of minor issues, this has been well explained and on both occasions the advice sorted the issue.

Having just switched from Adalaide Pharmacy because they?re Now as good as useless service. I was offered to come to Lordshill on the assurance that things had changed under new management, it indeed had, it?s Worse. As a wheelchair bound pensioner it was explain that whenever I could collect I would. Assured that they would deliver when necessary. My medication has been sitting there 8 days whilst they dilly dallied as to whether to deliver or not. 2days ago I explained I had Covid and was not well enough to collect, ?We will bring it out to you tomorrow,?. No such luck, so phoned again yesterday, ?Oh, we thought you were picking it up.sorry we will bring it tomorrow.? Nothing came again today either. So phoned again. Same story different voice. So I said ?I?m on my way.? Got there and I?m the one out of order because I was exasperated and struggling for breathe in the cold evening air. What was the point, not even an apology. Never again. They didn?t even anti bac the door afterI left. Useless an clinically deficient.

Superb service always, They have gone above & beyond for my elderly dad and myself many times. Cannot fault & im always very greatful! The staff deserved medals dealing with some of the customers during covid. Thank you & best wishes in 2024

Since the change from Lloyd?s I have witnessed a huge improvement in the service, it?s so much quicker. The staff as always are really helpful.

My mum is in a wheelchair & we've never had an issue . The staff are lovely & always acknowledge mum . I've not had a problem since they changed over I'd say service is second to none & it's a pleasure to go in store now . I had a prescription sent from docs late afternoon & just picked it up . I'm very happy with the service under new management. Thank you all very much . X

Don?t waste your time. Send your prescription elsewhere. No organisation, stupidly long wait times. Phone number is no longer in service. There are plenty of other pharmacies locally who do a much better job.

I needed some advice for my daughter. The pharmacy was amazing and so kind. I contacted the doctor and received the treatment I needed immediately after speaking with her. Thank you so much for the great service
