Lovely staff, will do what they can for you but sometimes prescriptions are not in stock. It happens. The only issues I've had with collection is normally to do with the GP not sending it across for days sometimes weeks but that's not the pharmacy staffs fault.I've seen the staff take a lot of abusive behaviour and they deal with it like a boss even though they shouldn't have to.The fact that it's now open until 7 is an absolute game changer! I can pick up things after work without having to run all the way to catch them before they close!

Going to change my pharmacy. I ordered my prescription over a week ago, before they were taken over it would be there. Now im having to take seat and wait for them to make my week old request only to find 2 of thr 3 items not in stock

Worst pharmacy I?ve had to deal with .they don?t take the job seriously, they are lazy and I imagine a lot of people tied to the pharmacy ,will be struggling with their health ,because the organisation level there, is worse than McDonald?s. I?ve waited over two weeks for my repeat prescription, only for them to tell me yesterday ,it?s been lost..so I?ve had to go back to my doctors, get another prescription and go into town ,that meant taking a bus and going to another two different pharmacies ,before one had one in stock. A situation like this is not fair on anybody, especially elderly people ,which I?m very concerned about using this pharmacy. I really hope the people working in Woolston pharmacy ,in counter bad health problems and get the same treatment as we have been . Also, I?m convinced they won?t change ,because when given a freedom of speech opinion, they are rude and tell you to go somewhere else and make numerous excuses. You can never better yourself or a business, if you don?t admit or exploit your wrongs. They won?t change.

This chemist is an absolute disgrace! Always a week or weeks behind with prescriptions- staff can be rude and moan they are busy- that?s of no concern to patients that desperately need their life saving medications.Last straw was when they were shut due to ?technical? reasons again. Went straight over to the doctors surgery and got repeat prescriptions changed to dispense at Boots- who are way superior, professional and quick!

Possibly the worst pharmacy in the south . Staff are rude,slow, disorganised and inefficient. They can barely look at you in the eye and unapologetic. I know they?ve lost staff recently but that doesn?t mean they should forget customer service

Lloyds chemist in woolston staff is very rude I would not recommend using this pharmacy again I been going there 3 years and there still no change ???

I know how busy this chemist gets and the counter staff do there best ,but the service I received from the pharmacy was really rude ,the man one there on the 22 9 22 I went in after yesterday going in to be told my meds wasn't there went into Dr said it was sent in thought I give the chemist another day so when I went there today I had to wait 40 mins then the pharmacy to say I owe me some I asked what meds ,he replied you have enough till Monday owe me 103 naproxen he never said sorry Iam so disappointed has I now have to go down the chemist for the third time today I missed my bus home because I waited so long and struggled to walk home I have psoriatic arthritis and osteoaritis and thing the service he gave me was poor

Queuing for a prescription queue out the door. Pharmacy short staffed.ifeel for them atthe same time my little needs his prescription. Employ more ppl and pay more please. (The wages are shocking)
