I have been with Lloyds Bank for 64 years so annoyed when Woolston Branch closed at 88 I do not get to Bitterne often but have found most of the staff friendly and helpful. My only problem is that the phone number I was given does not work so I cannot speak to anyone in person.

Witnessed a cashier today being outright mean and rude to a young foreign student trying to make a simple change of address. She talked as loudly as possible so the whole (huge) queue could hear every word if her ridiculing him at every stage whilst also being the most unhelpful and obnoxious possible. Perhaps she needs a job away from people.

I m Lloyds bank client for about 7 years. I had lot of problems with them . My most recent one is regarding a payment in a shop located about 2 hrs away my home . Weird enough that day I was at home all day because I was getting ready for my next day travel and my card was with me . This is the 4 th transaction when simply money disappeared from my bank statements?.. I went to the branch and the lady who attended me simply was not interested on solving my problem sending me home . She said that if they will call for me I will wait a long while and is better to try myself even I have to wait long?I explained that already I tried to get in touch by phone several time and online but no one attended meI never seen so much lack of interess?. really disappointed with bitterne branchother day same lady instead of serving me when Some of their staff members should not be working there if they do not attend properly their clients?

After watching a clip on Facebook about some guy paying in coins. I got reminded of the time I went in here trying to pay some old coinage into my account. Terrible treatment by the woman behind the counter. Made me feel very low. Agree with other reviewers, Lloyds need to send an undercover team into this branch. They really are that bad.

I love Lloyds bank iv been with them for 13 years , I moved to Southampton 2 years ago from Bournemouth and this is the worst Lloyds branch by far to be fair it must be really really really badly managed because iv had nothing but attitude and problems from the staff only at this branch, iv had attitude just asking to give my cash to a person instead of a machine ,they just don?t want to do any work at this branch Lloyds need to send some undercover customers because iv been spoken to shocking here and I love Lloyds it?s just the staff at this branch would make anyone want to move banks .

Asked the same question at Lloyds, Santander and Nationwide on same day.Got spoken to abruptly by Lloyds and Santander, whilst Nationwide explained it to me nice and clear.Lloyds and Santander staff need to be taught how to speak to people they will get less confrontation if they are less abrupt.

Appalling service and automated paying-in machines that don't work. One woman on the tills, managers and other staff milling about while customers queue back almost out the door. Pathetic and worse, totally predictable after they closed the nearby Woolston branch.
