Phoned up for advice on buying a gas heater. Recived great advise. There was only 1 in stick which I was unable to collect to the next day. The guy brought up hrom warehouse and put by till with z resurved sign on it. Can't ask for more. Many thanks.

Went in to ask for some help on a part. The guy just opened a booked and said you have to call that number. I said could you help me because I?m not sure what I need. He said I have no idea. Very very very rude and obnoxious. Avoid this place!

Went in today the man behind the counter got offended and accused me of being aggressive because I told him I will not give my email or address he needs to understand being assertive is not being agressive I would suggest he learns his grammer and learns to man up. Machine mart dose not have great reviews as it is and having a staff member making unwarranted assumption is not good for buissness. If he worked for me I would have sacked him on the spot for his unprofessional behaviour.

I went to this fine establishment a few years ago and was impressed by the service and knowledge of the staff... however I had a job that required some help and information in regards to depth of cut etc which the guys in store just shrugged when asked about it as he seemed more interested in his phone than customers.No more of the amazing service it seems like a complete staff overhaul since my previous visit where I remember a young man helped me with my chainsaw conundrum.Won't be visiting again !
