Bedford Place brach: Really disappointed. I arrived on time for my appointment, I was booked in for a Hollywood wax and creative manicure and polish. Unfortunately, the wax hadn?t even been prepped for my appointment and was not ready to use, so we had to wait for it to heat up. The result of my wax was poor, with many hairs missed, and actually a patch of burnt skin (which is now flaking like a sun burn would).The creative manicure and polish started off poorly with no sanitised nail utensils, the massage was nice, but glaringly obviously cut short on the second hand, and the polish was rushed and had a really untidy finish, what?s worse is I had to sit there for 15 mins to ensure it was dry, so I couldn?t be blamed for the poor finish.The setting was unfortunately unclean in many areas, even the mouse and keyboard at the desk were black in places from not being cleaned. Hands weren?t washed ahead of treatments.I know many will ask ?why didn?t I confront them? at payment, but I?m someone who suffers immensely with social anxiety, and wanted to get out of there quickly as my appointment had long run over due to waiting on wax and having to wait on nails to dry, and I had to get back to my child who was being cared for by a minder - this was supposed to be a treat for myself and ended up ruining my day. Won?t be returning.

Went to Nim Beauty to get my eyebrows laminated and have a lash lift. Pegah was so warm and welcoming as I was a bit nervous to get the lamination done but i?m so happy I did. Wonderful service throughout the salon..and I?ll be coming back again!

I have been a Customer of Nim Beauty for several years using the Chandlers Ford branch. Credit goes to all the girls who work so hard in the Salon to achieve such good results, especially Sharan who always greets you will a welcoming smile & always does an excellent job on my nails and also waxing. Simmi has also done a great job too. I would highly recommend this Salon & it is the valuable staff & great service that makes it! Well done & thank you!??

I have been coming to Nim Beauty for almost 10 years. Time after time the customer service has been 10/10 - from the friendly greetings at front desk by Huma to the incredible services by Tina & Ganga. The owner Nazia always takes time out to check in on customers when ever she is around. Super friendly and professional environment.

The customer service is very very bad, the receptionist was rude tbh, I have done facial but the blackheads on my face is still there. Never expected to see blackheads after this expensive facial treatment

I went to the Botley branch of NIM for a leg wax and eyebrow threading and I couldn't recommend them highly enough!! Di took great care of me, putting me at ease and did an excellent job with my eyebrows!! I have never been happier :)Services: Body waxing
