The pizza was cold, and the service was pretty slow . If I had to choose from going to Domino's or Pizza Hut, I would go to Domino's because it's cheaper most of the time and has better deals than Pizza Hut and the service is much quicker

Shoutout Singh the delivery driver, delivered quicker than the estimated delivery time and was very friendly! I tried to do the staff survey on Pizza Hut website but the survey code on my receipt didn?t work.

I placed an order on the app. The app crashed once it had taken my money. I defy anybody to find a contact number for any Pizza Hut in under half an hour. I eventually got through to a monosyllabic moron who was no help whatsoever. The only way to contact them is by a customer service firm which will not send without an order number - WHICH I DON?T HAVE!!!! Quite simply the worst customer service in the world - on top of that they have my money and I have nothing to show for it except impotent rage.

Bardzo dobry customer service, najlepsza pizza na portswood. Czas oczekiwania - "normalny/standardowy". Jesli czas oczekiwania jest wydlyzony oznacza to duza ilosc zamowien co tylko potwierdza jakosc. Szczegolne podziekowania za kolejna dobra kolacje dla Srujan'a, dzieki ktoremu czas zamowienia jest skrocony do praktycznie zaplaty.

Delivery was 40 minutes late. Both Liza were cold. The veggie one had a piece of chicken on it. Had to call several times as they kept putting the call on hold to managerAhmed who offered to remake and send them but we had waited so long and my veggie partner didn?t trust their preparation practices if they had allowed Chicken on a vegetarian pizza.Had to fill in Pizza Huts laborious online form to complain. Not. Good experience.Vegetarian options: Our veggie pizza had a piece of chicken on it.

20 minutes late without any explanation, pizza arrived and was pretty much cold. Bare minimum amount of toppings and my mac and cheese side was also cold.No garlic and herb dip either which your supposed to get with every order of pizza. Plus the box had been squashed so my pizza did not look particularly appealing.Extremely dissapointing, will not be going here again.

My delivery man Harry was amazing!! He was so friendly and even chased up on a missing pizza for me that I didn?t get and delivered it so quickly, he was lovely!! Super good service from Harry !!
