Hello. My name Yemi.I had a appointment at post and packing Chatham to do my NIN modification for 11am, I met a gentle man who attended to me, he asked me to wait for the remittance code from Southampton, he contacted someone by the name Lovelin who promised to send the code in 5mins, we have been waiting for her since then and nothing was sent, it?s was later confirmed by the Chatham attendant that they never receive good service from Southampton which has always put the costumers (Nigerians) in an awkward positions.I will like to register my dissatisfaction with the service, not to talk of the exorbitant amount they collect for the modification (£40).I have not been able to get this done with all my efforts and my bank is already asking for this so my account is not closed.I will appreciate any assistance from whoever is reading this.Thank you for you understandingYemi

Went there for NIN registration (Nigeria) for my son. Smooth process, no need to wait, helpful and they answered my requests promptly via email. It was a little bit of work getting them to pick up calls early-on, but i guess that downside is sorted already, bit pricey too, but kinda worth it.

I applied for NIN, my DOB was misplaced no cogent explanation rather bullying.Typical Nigerian impunity system. Arrogant on phone can?t take responsibility for their inefficiency or system failuresIf you must apply for NIN through them don?t expect politeness from them after payment. ?Pay through bank? so you can get back your money. Be wise and don?t fall for their SCAM antics

Don't waste your money and time trying to get your NIN from this company, SCAM!!!. One year after, I am still chasing for my NIN to be validated or registered. Two trips to the emabassy with no details recorded on file. No response from the email addresses provided for me to chase up the NIN. Their response was for me to keep emailing until I get a response. Asked for a refund to take my service elsewhere but they declined. I won't rest until I get my refund.
