Terrible service again by the older man in glasses. There has been over 10 people waiting .... terrible customer service no urgency to actually serve people. He was just pottering around shuffling paperwork while people were waiting. I understand that there will be stuff he needs to do but he looked like he was trying to do anything possible not to serve people. He is like this everytime i go in!

This rating is only because of Nathan, I visited on 20/09 and he did a splendid job of helping me sort out everything and he was the only one there as the place is understaffed. He deserves a raise and some help. Very kind and friendly.

One of the post office ladies is particularly rude.Edit: The rude lady seems to be gone now. Remaining staff are excellent and very friendly, particularly the guy who does the travel money. Score increased to 4 stars - one star off due to queues being rather long. Needs more staff.

Nathan, the Manager here, was outstanding. I had an Amazon parcel return with a QR code for a different branch. He very patiently helped me to reset the return so it could be accepted at this branch. Whilst in the queue witnessed great service for customers of all ages with a wide range needs. This is why PO counters are such a vital public service.

I politely asked the lady in this post office if there was anywhere in the city that had a collection later than 5. She told me that they collect later at the shirley sorting office. So I thanked her and drove there. On arrival I was told that not only was that completely false information, but that they couldn?t even process my letter at any time, as they are a sorting office not a post office. How very annoying. Now I have to try and post it tomorrow. Not the end of the world but the false information is so frustrating!!

Staff in rymans & post office are all very Helpful & friendly but could do with one or two more staff tho in post office as it can get really busy most days & wish this crazy postal strike would finish .x
