It's coming to something when a Post Office can't provide you with stamps. I only wanted 20 large 2nd class, not an unreasonable amount or type of purchase. But apparently they don't sell many stamps at that Post Office ...it's all parcels\\n\\nThey couldn't even make up the amount with a variety, which was my 2nd request. Didn't even attempt to try. No....almost a 'computer says no' moment. And because I was being so unreasonable, she called the Manager. Not having enough stock is not their fault apparently, because they don't sell stamps very often....In a Post Office. Oh me and my totally unreasonable request....

Bad customer service and attitude from staff this morning: I was surprised that staff are not trained to accept an ordinary small parcel on a Saturday morning, about 10ish. Two customers were waiting to be served at the post office counter, but the shop assistant was busy tyding things away and chatting to her colleague. She showed no interest in dealing with those customers but eventually managed to explain that she wasn't trained to take parcels. When asked why she took so long to tell she replied with a very sarcastic "sorry".

Really poor customer service and attitude since the post office has moved into the Central Store - what a shame the actual Post office with lovely helpful staff shut down..
