We had a new door and windows fitted by Prism windows a few months back now, good communication, fitters were lovely chaps and the overall service was excellent. We also had a couple of minor issues which they came back and sorted without any hesitation which is why you use a local independent company. Highly recommend

Had all new windows fitted a couple of years ago and already some of them are not opening or closing without catching. One of the windows doesn't even lock. Question whether the new windows are supporting the brickwork correctly as they rushed the install.....Services: General window replacement
