Could not take in my parcel due to the fact I work from 7am every day... So how am I supposed to be able to collect from here between 8am -10am, because GUESS WHAT! I have to be at work (funny that!)So I have no choice but to nag my boss to leave work, to drive all the way to Shirley, just to pick up this package because you only open 2 hours most days of this week.. and for a huge city like Southampton too!Not everyone has the luxury of a 9-5 job these days! Ridiculous.

Opening times is a joke,u might just open it in the middle of the night.same effect,is not only that the packges are late,shirley area postman is a boring joke that kicked of on me for not ordering to the shop collection point because hes too lazy to carry my parcels,now I can?t even pick it up cos its open fiew hours.RIDICULOUS!!!!close that place!!!

The most well known delivery service has become the worst. I live in the busy city yet royal mail deliver probs 2 times per week!! This is practically fraud when u pay for 24/48hr post, it almost always arrives over 1/2 weeks or doesn't even arrive!And all they say when you call the general royal mail number they just say (they haven't got the man power) well close down then, either do it properly or not at all. Very strange.And yes like the others have said open couple hours a day at silly times is just useless. They use to be open near enough every day till like 7pm. I will be trying to use any delivery service apart from royal mail, i would even say yodel has become superior to royal mail.

Unfortunately opening hours are terrible.. People do work full time, which is why I decided to collect parcel from here.. That was before I found out that this office hardly opens It was a birthday present for my daughter, which she still hasn't got , as parcel is still at postal office.. Is there an email address, so i can contact them, as worried now that present will be returned to sender. Will never have anything sent here again!

This new opening times are some sort of a joke who came up with them and why ? Staff was always nice there but i guess manager is some sort of idiot who want to save money on staff hours so he get a fat bonus by the end of year shame on You whoever You are .

Really great staff, helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the management have cut the opening hours right down which is really stupid. They obviously don?t understand how selling platforms work and how long it takes to wrap parcels and get them there. Such a bad move. I?m really torn about how to rate it. If the hours were restored it is an easy 5 but as it is it has to be a 2

No issue with the staff in here, they are helpful and friendly and I suspect they've had staffing cuts as the opening hours have been reduced to just two hours per day, ridiculous. Absolutely disgraceful.

With these opening hours they should better shut this office down. Most of the active people with jobs are not able to visit between 8 and 10 am. I think this place is an useless bad joke!

Whoever is managing the DO at Shirley Southampton needs firing. Parcel that should have turned up on Saturday 16th did not. Despite being given a time slot. Then was sent back to the delivery office (it never left they lied, I know this to be a fact now) then said they would deliver on Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th and nothing both days, promised to deliver today (Thursday 21st) but tracking says 'now sent back to the company the purchase was made from'(due to being held at the delivery office for 18 days .. complete nonsense they haven't even had it 7 days at this point)Incompetent doesn't cover the shambles that has happened here with a simple delivery. At this point they make Evri look useful.

Never deliver on the day they say twice now I have waited in all day for a delivery and second no show. Both times 48 hour tracking this one has now taken 5 days. Sky engineer due to install this item so I will need to stay in all day tomorrow to tell the engineer that RM haven?t delivered Sky equipment. Rubbish customer service.

Disgusting schedule.People work from 7-8 to 16-17!How can I pick up my parcel if you open from 8 to 10!!!???? and it's impossible to get in touch, only a stupid robot answers.Disgusting!!!
