Had my BMW 5 series serviced today, dropped it off 1st thing and it was ready by 9.45 am. Great service by these guys as always. I am a fussy customer and love my car and can never fault the work that is carried out.

Booked in for an MOT and diagnostics after explaining the car was having loss of power issues and not running properly, they did the MOT first and it failed emissions then said they were not able to run the diagnostics and I'd need to see a specialist but still charged for the MOT. I clearly explained what the issue was on the phone at time of booking including as much information as possible and they did not hesitate to let me know if there'd be any issue with running diagnostics on the vehicle. waste of time and money to tell me what I already knew. They flat out could not be bothered to even try and find what the issue was. Will not be using them again for the lack of care and quick cash tactics.

This garage is always courteous and provide an excellent service. The work is carried out to a very high standardGood timekeeping and they are very honest with the work quoted for .I never go anywhere else .Special mention to the reception team . Always smiling and nothing is too much trouble. ?

When the receptionist throws her hands up in the air as if to say 'its not her problem ' when your car they motd 6 months ago breaks down and you find they haven't registered the MOT correctly with him gov. Don't particularly want to give 1 star. Rude, unhelpful.

I have used Station Garage around 4-5 times now and have recommended them to friends and family. They have been consistent, friendly, helpful, reliable, knowledgeable and most importantly trustworthy. They have been honest about couple things that didn?t need doing, which for me that builds a lot of trust and is sign of a great garage. I won?t go anywhere else now.
