Way over priced for a sandwich. Can't even have what you want as one is forced to order from their menu. The poor staff look seriously peeved, who can blame them!

Don't go to this subway as my partner has got food poisoning on the 25th jully 2023 .... and that was from the breakfast sandwich... either there hygiene is bad or there food isn't fresh... they need to be inspected or staff need better training and not put out the same food from day before... never had a issue till the other day they have gone down hill ....

No nice welcoming, over-charged us, got the wrong bread. We?re significantly rude upon our complaint about the prices. Terrible Service.

Unfortunately the staff are pure jobsworth. I have been out on my bicycle, the shop was almost empty. Yet the staff decided I couldn't bring my bike into the shop. If I leave it outside then it gets stolen. Thanks subway. Customer service goes along way. Unfortunately your staff have let you down. So anyone else who is looking for something to eat, try the co-op next door

The choice you get is decent but needs more wholegrain loaves. You can pile up the salad to make a good meal. Young staff serving well even when it's customers are gobby chavs. Seating is cheap and looks it.

I made an order today and it was completely wrong we order over 35 pounds worth of food and we didn?t even half of the items we ordered on Uber and am very disappointed that even my sandwich I was made was wrong and my other half has diabetes never ordering again for you and I recommend others don?t either.

After a very disappointing time at the Shirley Subway franchise I came here. Far better customer service, allowed me to order what I wanted without quibbling over the details. Quick and efficient, even answering what I now realise was a dumb question, with a smile. Shirley could learn a lot from this branch!

Just the same as most high traffic subway "restaurants". Unfortunately it is a business which can be incredibly tasty and great value for money, unfortunately when they are positioned outside of a busy train station they tend to massively slide in quality. The staff in this particular restaurant were rude, unable to count change correctly and unable to remember 2 sandwiches correctly.2/5 Would not recommend
